Barkley Project Group Ltd. is a qualified and experienced team of consultants who provide project management and environmental services to support the licensing of renewable energy projects in Coastal British Columbia. Working with technical associate Streamline Environmental Consulting Ltd., Barkley Project Group specializes in providing these services to renewable energy projects, especially independent hydropower development.

The Barkley Project Group team has completed the environmental assessment requirements for more than thirty independent hydropower projects in British Columbia. Barkley Project Group provides the capacity and expertise needed by independent power producers (IPP’s), from the critical first stages of project planning and development through to permitting and operations.
